InfoSign Media offers
a variety of technical support services. These services
include, but are not limited to telephone support, depot
repair, remote diagnostics and access and onsite service. |
Many of these services are included in
our standard limited warranty. Some, however, require payment
in advance or a Software Maintenance and Support Agreement
(SMA).
Warranty (for
equipment manufactured by InfoSign Media only)
InfoSign Media warrants that the equipment
shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for
a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment from our
plant. If equipment fails due to such defects, InfoSign Media
will, repair the unit (depot repair) or on site with a maintenance
agreement in place.
Equipment that fails during the warranty
period, has been operated or installed in a manner other than
that specified by InfoSign Media, or has been subjected to
abuse or modification, will be repaired for time and material
charges at the buyer's expense.
All out-of-warranty repairs are warranted for a period of
ninety (90) days from the date of shipment from plant. InfoSign
Media makes no other warranties, expressed or implied, of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or otherwise.
InfoSign Media 's liability for any cause, including breach
of contract, breach of warranty, or negligence, with respect
to products sold by it, is limited to repair or replacement
by InfoSign Media, at its sole discretion. The current pricing
structure for this service is available from InfoSign Media
technical support services. As of March 1st 2005, the above
clauses in this statement have precedence over all other previous
versions of similar clauses.
In no event shall InfoSign Media be liable for any incidental
or consequential damages, including loss of profits.
All equipment sold by InfoSign Media but not
manufactured by us will be supported following the original
product warranty.

- On-site Support provides customers
with professional on-site services within 48 hours. All
parts and labor are covered.
- On-site service is performed during
InfoSign Media local business hours of 8:30am - 5:00pm,
ET, InfoSign holidays excluded.
- Phone Support provided 8.5 hours a
day, 5 days a week, excluding InfoSign Media holidays.
- On-site Loaner available for select
products.
Gold including:
- On-site Support provides customers
with professional on-site services within 72 hours. All
parts and labor are covered
- On-site service is performed during
InfoSign Media local business hours of 8:30am - 5:00pm,
ET, InfoSign holidays excluded.
- Toll Free Technical Assistance Network
(TAN) Phone Support provided 8.5 hours a day, 5 days a week,
excluding InfoSign Media holidays.
- On-site Loaner Option available for
select products.
Extended warranty
- Depot Support with professional services
performed at a InfoSign Media Service Location during regular
InfoSign Media hours.
- All parts and labor are included. InfoSign
pays return shipping.
- Toll Free Technical Assistance Network
(TAN) Phone Support provided 8.5 hours a day, 5 days a week,
excluding InfoSign Media holidays.
On Time Commitment
Guarantees repairs will be completed within
3 days of on-site response. Parts & Labor not included.
